用粉末冶金法制造了碳纤维分布均匀的碳纤维一铜复合材料,测定了复合材料的力学性能和物理性能,表明在碳纤维与铜基体之间存在界面结合,碳纤维含量对复合材料性能影响极大。
A carbon fiber-copper composite material with uniform carbon fiber distribution was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The mechanical properties and physical properties of the composites were measured. The results showed that there existed interfacial bonding between the carbon fiber and the copper matrix, and the carbon fiber content had a great influence on the properties of the composites.
