各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:现将中华人民共和国濒危物种进出口管理办公室《关于加强活体野生动植物进出口管理的通知》转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。我国是《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》(以下简称《公约》)成员国。保护、发展和合理利用野生动植物资源,加强活体野生动植物进出口管理,严格履行《公约》各项条款和决议是我们各级政府和行政主管部门的职责。自治区水产局和地、市、县水产局是水生野生动物的行政主管部门;自治区林业厅和各级林业局是植物和陆野生动物的行政主管部门。今后凡我区进出口活体野生动植物的

China is a member of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”). It is the responsibility of our governments and administrative departments at all levels to protect, develop and rationally use wild animal and plant resources, strengthen the management of the import and export of live wildlife, and strictly implement the provisions and resolutions of the Convention. The Fisheries Bureau of the autonomous region, and the aquatic products bureaus of prefectures, cities and counties are the administrative departments of aquatic wildlife; the forestry bureaus of the autonomous regions and the forestry bureaus at all levels are the administrative departments of plants and land wildlife. In the future, we will import and export live wildlife in our district.
