目的：观察羟基磷灰石植入眼窝成形术不同手术方法的临床效果。方法：对５０例接受羟基磷灰石植入眼窝成形术患者的临床和随访资料进行回顾性研究；对不同手术方法的近期和远期效果进行比较分析。结果：５０例患者中施行一期眼内容剜出自体巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石眼窝内植入术２６例（５２％）；一期眼球摘除异体巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石眼窝内植入术５例（１０％）；二期眼内容剜出自体巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石眼窝内植入术４例（８％）；二期眼球摘除异体巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石眼窝内植入术１５例（３０％）。接受随访时间平均为２８．３个月。随访并发症有轻度眼窝凹陷２例；结膜囊轻度狭窄２例；义眼台转动功能不良１６例；术后３０天内结膜切口裂开８例，其中６例经修补后愈合，另外２例自行愈合。结论：不同条件下应采用不同术式的羟基磷灰石眼窝内植入眼窝成形术；一期植入者并发症少，义眼运动好
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of hydroxyapatite orbital implantation under different operation methods. Methods: The clinical and follow-up data of 50 patients undergoing hydroxyapatite implantation orbital implantation were retrospectively studied. The short-term and long-term effects of different surgical methods were compared. Results: Fifty patients underwent primary scleral implantation of hydroxyapatite orbital implants in 26 cases (52%). One case of ocular excision of allogeneic sclera covered hydroxyapatite orbital implants in 5 cases (10%). In the second stage of ocular contents, 4 cases (8%) received hydroxyapatite orbital implantation with sclera covering sclera, and 15 cases (30 eyes) %). The average follow-up time was 28.3 months. Follow-up complications were mild orbital depression in 2 cases; mild conjunctival stenosis in 2 cases; iliac spine rotation dysfunction in 16 cases; within 30 days after conjunctival incision in 8 cases, of which 6 cases were repaired and healed, the other 2 cases Heal themselves. CONCLUSIONS: Hydroxyapatite orbital implantation with orbital implantation under different conditions should be used for orbital implantation. There is less complications in one stage of implantation and the movement of prosthesis is good
