结合《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2011)、《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2010)和某钢厂电气室的工程设计实例,探讨带地下室的多层框架结构,在设计计算中如何考虑地下室结构侧向刚度和回填土的约束作用对上部结构受力状况的影响,如何合理简化计算模型使其与工程实际较为符合,以及地下室外墙的设计计算和构造等,供相关设计人员参考。
In combination with the Code for Design of Foundation of Building Foundation (GB50007-2011), Code for Design of Seismic Design of Buildings (GB50011-2010) and the engineering design of electrical room of a steel mill, the paper discusses how to design multi-layer frame structure with basement. Considering the influence of the lateral rigidity of basement structure and the restraint effect of backfill on the stress state of superstructure, how to reasonably simplify the calculation model to make it more consistent with the engineering practice, and the design, calculation and construction of the basement wall for reference of the relevant designers .
