根据省政府的部署,我们曾对全省14个市和部分县,(市)预算内小型工业企业的产权制度改革情况进行了调查。现将调查情况和有关意见报告如下: 一、全省预算内小型工业企业的现状及问题 据省财政厅1992年决算统计,全省预算内工业企业共计1850户。其中,小型企业1094户,职工35.7万名,拥有固定资产40.02亿元,分别占全省地方预算内企业总数的59.1％、18%、8.8%。而当年完成工业产值和现利税分别占全省地方预算内企业的9.7%和6％。
According to the deployment of the provincial government, we have conducted investigations into the reform of the property rights system of small-scale industrial enterprises within the budget of 14 cities and some counties and cities in the province. The investigation and related opinions are now reported as follows: I. The status and problems of small-scale industrial enterprises in the province’s budget According to the statistics of the accounts of the Provincial Department of Finance in 1992, there are a total of 1,850 industrial enterprises in the province’s budget. Among them, there are 1094 small-scale enterprises, 357,000 employees, and 4.002 billion yuan in fixed assets, accounting for 59.1%, 18%, and 8.8% of the total number of companies in the local budget of the province. In the same year, the industrial output value and current profits tax respectively accounted for 9.7% and 6% of the enterprises in the local budget of the province.
