建立国际自由贸易区能够推动贸易增长和经济发展,阿联酋与中国在这方面堪称全球表率。据估计,在自由贸易区达成的国际经济交易量已占全球总量的20%以上,能为自贸区所在国带来主要市场优势。中国与阿联酋两大重要经济体是自贸区模式的引领者。2012年,外国直接投资(fDi)杂志评选的“未来国际自贸区”排行榜上,迪拜机场自由贸易区(DAFZA)名列全球第一,迪拜国际金融中心(DIFC)紧随其后,第三名花落上海外高桥保税区。
The establishment of an international free trade area can promote trade growth and economic development. The United Arab Emirates and China are the global example in this regard. It is estimated that the volume of international economic transactions reached in the free trade zone accounts for more than 20% of the global total and can bring major market advantages to the host country of the free trade zone. The two major economies in China and the United Arab Emirates are leaders in the FTA model. In 2012, the Dubai Airport Free Trade Area (DAFZA) ranked the first in the world in “Future International FTAs” ranked by the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) magazine, followed by the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) , Third place Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
