目的:探讨视网膜神经上皮层同种异体移植的可能性。方法:用新生小鼠的视网膜神经上皮层组织块移植到36只成年小鼠的视网膜下间隙,分别于手术后6、12、18天各处死受鼠12只,摘取眼球做光镜病理组织学检查。结果:16.7%(6/36)受鼠眼球未找到移植物,其自身组织完整无损;66.7%(24/86)移植物存活于视网膜下间隙或视网膜内层;8.3%(3/36)存活于玻璃体腔内,皆分化发育形成花环结构;8.3%(3/36)发生毁坏性肉芽肿性炎症。结论:在我们18天的观察时间内,移植物成功植入的30只眼标本中90.0%(27/30)的移植物存活,并进一步分化和发育。
Objective: To investigate the possibility of retinal neuroepithelial allograft. Methods: The retinal neuroepithelial neoplasm of newborn mice was transplanted into the subretinal space of 36 adult mice. Twelve mice were sacrificed at 6, 12 and 18 days after operation, and the eyeballs were removed for histopathology School inspection. Results: No grafts were found in 16.7% (6/36) of the eyes of the rats and their tissues were intact; 66.7% (24/86) of the grafts survived in the subretinal space or the retina; 8.3% (3/36) survived in the vitreous cavity, all differentiated and developed into a rosette structure; destructive granulomatous inflammation occurred in 8.3% (3/36). Conclusions: 90.0% (27/30) of the grafts in 30 eyes successfully implanted in our grafts survived and further differentiated and developed during our 18-day observation period.
