一、“精品学案”研究的背景与目的2010年,笔者学校开始从“学案优化”进入“精品学案”阶段,深入研究“如何从学生的体育经验和生活经验出发,激发学生的体育学习兴趣,使学生在有趣的氛围中和愉快的体验中获得更多的知识和技能,指导学生进行有效地学习?如何让学生在体育锻炼的实践中,学会自我锻炼、自我调控和自我评价?如何让体育教学设计得更好,充分调动学生的学习主动性获取知识技能”等问题。
