Agarose hydrolyzed starch mixed gel electrophoresis was used to detect the 280 PGMI phenotypic distribution and gene frequency survey in unrelated healthy individuals in Qingdao. The PGM1 map of erythrocytes detected by this test method has clear zones. The three phenotypes are easily interpretable, and one case of rare type 6-1 is observed.
