本文介绍了测量活塞环静态时对气缸壁压力分布的专用仪器——QG76-1型活塞环径向压力多点测定仪的研制过程。从仪器的结构、原理、测试方法等方面作了较为详细的阐述。同时对该仪器的测试精度的评定也作了进一步的探讨。该仪器投入使用后,为国内有关机车、船舶、舰艇、坦克等单位测试了大量的活塞环径向压力数据。为研究活塞环径向压力的合理分布、设计活塞环的自由状态型线,以及改进活塞环的冷热加工工艺,提供了重要参数。并根据活塞环实际使用效果提出了一些比较典型的径向压力分布图。
This article describes the development of the QG76-1 piston ring radial pressure multi-point measuring instrument, which is a special instrument for measuring the pressure distribution on the cylinder wall when measuring the static state of the piston ring. From the structure of the instrument, principles, test methods and so made a more detailed description. At the same time the evaluation of the accuracy of the instrument has also been further explored. The instrument put into use, for the locomotives, ships, ships, tanks and other units tested a large number of radial piston ring pressure data. In order to study the reasonable distribution of the radial pressure of the piston ring, the design of the free-form line of the piston ring and the improvement of the hot and cold machining process of the piston ring provide important parameters. According to the actual use effect of piston ring, some typical radial pressure distributions are proposed.
