[目的]筛选出硒含量较高的苦荞资源。[方法]以不同产地的35份苦荞资源为试验材料,测定了其籽粒中的硒含量。[结果]35份苦荞资源的硒含量变化幅度为0.0099-0.1208mg/g,平均值为0.0406mg/g;不同产地苦荞的硒含量存在差异,以甘肃地区较高,贵州纳雍和陕西较低。[结论]为进一步研究硒含量在不同苦荞资源间的遗传变异规律提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen tartary buckwheat resources with high selenium content. [Method] With 35 tartary buckwheat resources in different producing areas as tested materials, the content of selenium in its grain was determined. [Result] The change of selenium content of 35 tartary buckwheat resources was 0.0099-0.1208mg / g with the average value of 0.0406mg / g. The selenium contents of tartary buckwheat in different areas were different. The content of selenium in tartary buckwheat was higher in Gansu, Nayong in Guizhou and Shaanxi low. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for further study on the genetic variation of selenium content in different tartary buckwheat resources.
