我国供水企业已经认识到全面预算管理的重要性,并且要求实行全面预算管理,从而来提高企业的经济效益。怎样基于我国供水企业的实际情况,把供水企业做大做强,是我国供水企业面临的重大课题。本文分析了供水企业全面预算管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
China’s water supply enterprises have already realized the importance of overall budget management and demanded the implementation of a comprehensive budget management so as to enhance the economic benefits of the enterprises. How to make water supply enterprises bigger and stronger based on the actual situation of water supply enterprises in our country is a major issue for water supply enterprises in our country. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the overall budget management of water supply enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions.
