这里说的能人,是指学识、能力较为出众的人。幼儿园工作要取得好的成效,必须起用能人。在如何对待能人的问题上,笔者颇有一些体会。一、讲究用人之法。人无完人,金无足赤,我认为对待能人不可求全责备,应当取其一能一技,让其发挥作用。若求全责备,则无“能”可言,无人可用。二、要有容能人之度量。能人的个性都比较鲜明,对问题一般都有自己的见解。有的人内向深沉;有的爱苛求挑剔;有的火爆脾气……作为园长,要有宽阔的胸怀,尤其是在碰到对方态度生硬、甚至发火的时候,园长更应该冷静,最好是先退让一步。我的体会是:与能人发生矛
