“42号”高产平菇新菌株是我所1987年从四川省引进,经过两年的选育驯化及其推广,现已成为适于我省各地气候条件栽培的一个优良的中低温型当家菌株.一、子实体形态特征该菌株属于紫孢侧耳,子实体为大中型,丛生,弱光条件下栽培幼菇时菌盖呈铅灰色,后渐呈灰白色,菌盖直径7～16厘米,中等的约12.5厘米.菌柄较短,一般柄长2～5厘米,柄粗0.6～2.0厘米,侧生,内实,光滑,基部常相连.
