实践表明,数控机床在机测量技术可以减少对刀和工件找正时间等辅助时间,同时避免了脱机测量造成的多次装夹。在提高机床的使用率及提高加工精度、降低废品率等方面都有重要意义。本文将在分析在机测量系统构成的基础上,探讨无线在机测量系统的实现。
Practice shows that in-machine measurement technology of CNC machine tools can reduce the auxiliary time such as alignment time and workpiece alignment time, and avoid multiple clamping caused by off-line measurement.
