目的:研究不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗社区高血脂症的效果.方法:在本社区服务中心2019年11月至2020年4月间接收的高血脂症患者中选择110例并随机分为两组,对照组55例应用10mg/d剂量辛伐他汀治疗,观察组55例应用20mg/d剂量辛伐他汀治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇以及甘油三酯水平均明显低于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对社区内高血脂症患者而言,应用20mg/d剂量的辛伐他汀治疗的效果良好,且可以一定程度上降低不良反应风险,值得推广.
