中国水力电力对外公司成立于1993年8月,是我国最早成立的几家大型从事国外工程承包的公司之一。公司的经营范围是:承包海外水力电力及相关工程,国内的有关外资工程,承担本行业对外经援项目,上述工程所需的设备、材料出口,对外派遣与上述工程及相关业务有关的劳务人员,利用外方资源、资金和技术在国内举办合资企业和劳务合作,承担国外水利电力工程的咨询、勘测和设计,在国外举办非贸易性企业,本系统的技术进出口业务等。
China Hydraulic Power Foreign Company was established in August 1993. It is one of the earliest large-scale companies engaged in foreign engineering contracting. The company’s business scope is: contract overseas hydraulic power and related projects, domestic foreign-related projects, assume the foreign economic aid projects of the industry, export of equipment and materials required for the above-mentioned projects, dispatch of labor personnel related to the aforementioned projects and related businesses. ,Using foreign resources, capital and technology to organize joint ventures and labor service cooperation in the country, to undertake consulting, surveying and designing of foreign water and power projects, and to organize non-trade enterprises and technology import and export business of the system abroad.
