目的分析昆山市2010—2011年卫生监督投诉举报情况,总结经验教训,为以后的工作提供参考。方法对昆山市卫生监督所2010—2011年受理登记的投诉举报案件进行分类分析。结果食品安全、医疗卫生、公共场所卫生和职业卫生4种投诉举报专业类型比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电话、来访和来信、上级转办3类投诉举报形式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2010—2011年各季度的投诉举报数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);食品安全投诉举报以无证经营和餐饮单位油烟扰民为主(46.7%),医疗卫生投诉举报以无证行医为主(80.8%);投诉举报调查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该市食品安全和医疗卫生是2大重点,应该不断加大监督执法力度,加强法制宣传,更好的发挥群众监督的作用。
Objective To analyze the report of health supervision and complaint from 2010 to 2011 in Kunshan, summarize the experience and lessons, and provide reference for future work. Methods According to the classification and analysis of the complaint cases filed by Kunshan Health Supervision Institute from 2010 to 2011, Results There were significant differences among the four types of complaints reported in food safety, health care, public place hygiene and occupational health (P <0.01). Comparison of the types of complaints reported by telephone, visiting and letters, and superiors (P <0.01); There was no significant difference in the number of reported complaints in each quarter of 2010-2011 (P> 0.05); the complaints of food safety complaints were dominated by unlicensed restaurants and fumes from catering units (46.7% ), And medical and health complaints were mainly based on undocumented practice (80.8%). There were significant differences (P <0.05) in the comparison of investigation results between complaints and complaints. Conclusion The city’s food safety and health care are two major focuses. It is necessary to constantly increase supervision and law enforcement, strengthen legal publicity and give better play to the role of people’s supervision.
