The research proposes the concept and content of innovative leadership and its innovative competencies. Research methodology, theory, practice, and definition of education that reveals innovative leadership. And how to implement innovative leadership teaching practice in future research and provide an example for art educators. Understanding the process significance and form of innovation and leadership overlap in art education also helps the art educator understand the dynamic relationship between the two. A bridge to art education that has been the subject of innovative leadership has made connecting well creative and creative leadership. It is hoped that this will provide the current social significance of art education from a different perspective through a shift in focus of teaching.
