研究了高原地区(海拔2260~3200m)31例慢性肺原性心病病急性发作期并发急性肾功能衰竭的原因。结果:P_。O_2及pH值愈低,肾功能损害愈严重;PaCO_2>8.67kPa(>65.03mmHg)及血液粘度增高者,肾功能损害严重,而PaCO_2<8.67kPa(<65.03mmHg)及血液粘度正常者肾功能损害较轻。作者对高原肺原性心脏病并发急性肾功能衰竭的发生机制及防治作了讨论。
The causes of acute renal failure in 31 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation were studied in the plateau region (elevation 2260 ~ 3200m). Results: P_. O_2 and lower pH, the more severe renal damage; PaCO_2> 8.67kPa (> 65.03mmHg) and increased blood viscosity, severe renal damage, and PaCO_2 <8.67kPa (<65.03mmHg) and blood viscosity Normal renal function damage less. The authors discuss the pathogenesis and prevention of acute renal failure complicated with high altitude pulmonary heart disease.
