采用大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗7例川崎病，结果其疗效显著优于采用小剂量丙种球蛋白治疗的对照组。认为应早期使用，以防其发生冠脉病变。
Seven patients with Kawasaki disease were treated with high-dose gamma globulin, and the results were significantly better than the control group treated with low-dose gamma globulin. That should be used early to prevent its occurrence of coronary lesions.
