中国古代治理国家的思想主张中,法治几乎是与德治同时诞生的。“德主刑辅”被历朝历代治国者奉为圭臬,以法治国的主张及其实践代不乏人。尤其在治贪中,重刑之法确实惩治了一大批贪官。文章从三个方面探讨“法”在中国古代治国惩贪保廉中所起的作用,并分析了对当今的廉政建设的启示。
In ancient Chinese thought of governing the country, the rule of law was born at the same time as the rule of virtue. “The main penalty auxiliary” was handed down by the rule of the ancient dynasties governed by the rule of law, the idea of ruling the country by law and its practice no shortage of people. In particular, in the treatment of corruption, the law of severe punishment really punished a large number of corrupt officials. The article explores the role played by “law ” in punishing corruption and safeguarding the integrity of the country in ancient China from three aspects, and analyzes its enlightenment on the current construction of an honest and clean government.
