随着大众体育的推广和实施,高职院校的健美操越来越受到广大的学生喜爱,但是以当前的健美操教学来看,健美操老师在教学中仍然采用的是灌输式的传统教学方式,老师作为课程的主体,控制课程的内容和走向,将课程内容程序化的强制性灌输给学生,师生之间除了问答和讲解外,就是老师指导练习,没有其他的交流和互动,导致学生在学习健美操时感受不到健美操的吸引力和感染力,只会感受到来自老师的压力,倒是学习激情下降,学习没有动力,只是被迫接受学习。本文以现代教学理论为指导,阐明互动教学法在健美操教学中的优势。
