Fereidoon Khosravi 相信一句格言“用户就是上帝”。Khosravi 是 Earthlink 公司消费者服务部主任,Earthlink 公司是世界上最大的 ISP 之一,访问者超过70万人,主要业务是利用技术杂志为消费者提供服务。两年前,公司准备通过改良系统来改造她的呼叫中心,以便每天24小时为消费者处理呼叫故障和带宽瓶颈问题。同时公司希望她的代理商能够访问到一个大的数据库,使他们能对消费者提出的问题提供及时和完整的答案。
Fereidoon Khosravi believes in the motto “User is God.” Khosravi is the Director of Consumer Services at Earthlink, one of the largest ISPs in the world, with more than 700,000 visitors. His main business is using technology magazines to provide services to consumers. Two years ago, the company was preparing to transform her call center with an improved system to handle call failures and bandwidth bottlenecks for consumers 24 hours a day. At the same time, the company hopes that her agents will have access to a large database so that they can provide timely and complete answers to questions asked by consumers.
