1.8％爱福丁乳油是宁波国创农大生物技术有限公司生产的一种抗生素类杀虫杀螨剂,有效成分为阿维菌素B_1（Avermectin B_1）。该药具有防效高、残效期长、使用安全、低残留等优点。为验证其对我地区主要虫害的防治效果,提供推广应用的科学依据,我们在1996-1997年进行了该药剂防治菜青虫、小菜蛾、红蜘蛛、棕榈蓟马等害虫的药效试验。 防治菜青虫、小菜蛾的供试药剂有1.8％爱福丁EC 3000倍;20％杀灭菊酯EC 3000倍（浙江省东阳金鑫化学工业公司产）;5％抑太保EC2000倍（日本石原产业株式会社）;5％卡死克EC2000倍（美国氯胺公司）。供试蔬菜为矮抗青青菜,小区面积为20m~2,重复3次,随机排列。用背负式手动喷雾器喷药,以清水作对照。每小区设1m~2的取样调查点,在药后 1、3、7、10天调查虫口减退率,计算出校正防效。 试验结果爱福丁对菜青虫和小菜蛾的防效分别是:药后1天为100％,92.2％;3天为100％,91.5％;
1.8% avermectin EC is a kind of antibiotic insecticide and acaricide produced by Ningbo Guochuang Nongda Biological Technology Co., Ltd. The active ingredient is Avermectin B_1. The drug has the advantages of high efficiency, long residual period, safe use, low residue and so on. In order to verify its control effect on the main pests in our region and provide the scientific basis for popularization and application, we carried out the efficacy test of the pesticides against Pieris rapae, Plutella xylostella, Spider mite and Thrips tabaci from 1996 to 1997.
