目的建立盐酸噻吩诺啡微球的加速释放度实验方法。方法通过考察不同温度(37和55℃)和释放介质中盐酸的浓度(0.000 01、0.000 1、0.01、0.1和0.5 mol.L-1)对盐酸噻吩诺啡微球释药速度的影响,确定体外加速释放的条件,建立盐酸噻吩诺啡微球的体外加速释放方法。通过相关性评价建立加速与长期释放度数据的回归方程。结果加速释放度与长期释放度数据之间具有良好的相关(r=0.977 2)。结论加速释放度实验可用于快速评价盐酸噻吩诺啡的释药特性。
Objective To establish an accelerated release test of thienorphine hydrochloride microspheres. Methods The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration (0.000 01, 0.0001, 1.01, 0.1 and 0.5 mol·L -1) on the release rate of thienoil hydrochloride microspheres at different temperatures (37 and 55 ℃) Accelerated release in vitro conditions, the establishment of thienodine hydrochloride microspheres in vitro accelerated release method. Through the correlation evaluation, the regression equation of acceleration and long-term release data was established. Results There was a good correlation between accelerated release and long-term release data (r = 0.977 2). Conclusion The accelerated release test can be used to evaluate the release characteristics of thienorphine hydrochloride rapidly.
