采用6×6完全双列杂交设计,对小麦籽粒中蛋白质及16种氨基酸含量进行了遗传分析。结果表明:所研究的17个性状杂交F_1普遍存在杂种优势,以表现负向超亲优势的比例最大,其次为正、负部分显性。各性状间的遗传力有很大差异,广义遗传力变幅为54.49~86.25%,狭义遗传力变幅为17.77~68.18%。除缬氨酸、蛋氨酸和丙苯氨酸外,其它各性状的杂种F_1与双亲平均值均有显著的正相关。所有性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力都极显著,并且一般配合力的作用大于特殊配合力的作用。蛋白质含量的一般配合力与大多数氨基酸含量的一般配合力有显著的相关。
The 6 × 6 complete diallel cross design was used to analyze the protein content and 16 kinds of amino acids in wheat grain. The results showed that the 17 trait hybrid F_1 hybrids generally prevalence of heterosis, to show the largest proportion of negative super-pro-dominant, followed by positive and negative partially dominant. The heritability of different traits varied widely. The heritability of general heritability varied from 54.49% to 86.25%, and the narrow heritability ranged from 17.77% to 68.18%. In addition to valine, methionine and trimethoprim, all other traits F1 hybrids had a significant positive correlation with average parents. The general combining ability and special combining ability of all traits are extremely significant, and the effect of general combining ability is greater than that of special combining ability. The general combining ability of protein content has a significant correlation with the general combining ability of most amino acid content.
