创新是一项系统工程,企业的成长、发展离不开持续不断地进行各种创新活动。作为创新主体的国有企业,在这一过程中担负着举足轻重的作用。企业的发展要想获得不竭的动力,最重要的是在成功之后企业仍能保持不断创新的进取心,树立不创新就会走向衰退,甚至破产倒闭的创新理念。只有这样,国有企业才能经受住市场经济的考验,才能提高其永久竞争力,才能求得生存和发展,使国有企业长久存在和发展。
Innovation is a systematic project. The growth and development of enterprises can not be separated from continuous innovation activities. State-owned enterprises, as the main body of innovation, play a decisive role in this process. The most important thing for an enterprise to develop is to obtain an inexhaustible motivation. The most important thing is that after the success, the enterprise can still keep innovating its enterprising spirit and establish an innovative concept of going to recession and even bankruptcy without innovation. Only in this way can state-owned enterprises withstand the test of a market economy, enhance their permanent competitiveness, and survive and develop so that state-owned enterprises can survive and develop for a long time.
