目的 HPLC法测定藏药解吉那保不同部位龙胆苦苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱Waters Sun Fire C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以CH3OH-H2O作流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长254 nm。结果龙胆苦苷在0.0500~2.0000μg呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9996);解吉那保不同部位龙胆苦苷的含量差异显著,花中含量3.6111 mg/g,远高于根中含量。加标回收率为98.48%,RSD为1.93%。结论所建立的HPLC法操作简便、快捷、准确度高,可用于藏药解吉那保的药用部位筛选与药材质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of gentiopicroside in different parts of Tibetan solution by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Waters Sun Fire C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 254 nm. Results Gentiopicrin had a good linearity (r2 = 0.9996) between 0.0500 and 2.0000 μg. There were significant differences in the content of gentiopicroside in different parts of genipin, with a content of 3.6111 mg / g in flower, much higher than that in root . The spiked recoveries were 98.48% and RSD was 1.93%. Conclusion The established HPLC method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the screening of medicinal parts and the quality control of medicinal materials.
