伴随市场经济的发展,我国经济结构已经发生转变,市场竞争进一步加剧,为了在激烈的竞争中争取更加有利的地位,企业必须做好自身的预算控制,降低企业运行成本。本文首先就预算控制进行简单的介绍,同时对预算控制的积极意义予以阐述,进而针对现阶段企业预算控制中存在的相关问题开展深入的研究,最后结合问题提出了有效的应对措施。
With the development of market economy, the economic structure of our country has been transformed and market competition has been further aggravated. In order to win a more favorable position in the fierce competition, enterprises must make their own budgetary control and reduce the operating costs of enterprises. This article first introduces the budget control briefly, and at the same time elaborates the positive significance of the budget control, and then conducts in-depth research on the related problems existing in the enterprise budget control at the present stage, and puts forward the effective countermeasures according to the problems.
