高等院校继续教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,随着高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,对于继续教育板块的学生更加需要对高校学生进行专业的学业技能和职业指导,目前在我国职业指导师非常紧缺的条件下,开展“三师型”教师队伍建设研究具有非常重要的意义。本文提出在民办高校继续教育领域大力发展“三师型”师资队伍建设,为培养应用型、技能型人才打下坚实基础。
Continuing education in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education. With the employment situation of graduates in colleges and universities becoming more and more serious, it is even more necessary for students in the continuing education sector to carry out professional academic skills and vocational guidance for college students. At present, Under the condition of shortage, it is very important to carry out the research on the construction of teachers’ team of “three teachers”. This paper proposes that the development of “three teachers” teachers should be greatly promoted in the field of continuing education in private universities, laying a solid foundation for cultivating applied and skilled talents.
