新的历史时期,社会管理面临着前所未有的挑战。视频监控系统以其在掌握宏观局势、防范打击犯罪、反恐以及突发事件应急管理等方面的独特优势,逐渐成为各级政府增强管理服务能力,构建现代治安防控体系的重要支撑和保障。在市委、市政府的正确领导下,我市视频监控系统以服务于治安管理工作需要为切入点,骨干网络一期工程已经竣工并投入使用,建设和应用取得了显著成效。但从“平安珠海、和谐珠海”和“科学发展示范市”建设的现实需求来看,当前的成绩仍然只处于初步阶段,需要我们进一步解放思想,总结经验,分析查找问题和差距,研究把握技术及需求的发展方向,以科学发展观推动系统建设和应用不断深化。

However, judging from the actual demand for the construction of “Safe Zhuhai, Harmonious Zhuhai” and “Scientific City of Demonstration”, the current achievements are still at an initial stage and require us to further emancipate our minds, summarize our experiences, and analyze and identify problems and gaps , Study and grasp the development direction of technology and demand, and promote the system construction and application deepening with the scientific concept of development.
