此处不能盲目减垫 一台立式1100型柴油机,曲轴箱内杂音很大,拆检发现是曲轴7213E轴承磨损严重所致。更换轴承后杂音消失,但使用不足一天,又出现相同杂音,所换的新轴承又损坏。经再次检查发现,其原因是在更换轴承时盲目减去了后主轴承盖垫片,致使曲轴轴向间隙太小,使曲轴两端的轴承承受了很大的附加应力,因而造成该轴承的过早损坏。当再次更换轴承时,按要求在后主轴承盖处加上0.1毫米厚的垫片,使轴向间隙保持在技术要求范围内,柴油机工作才正常。
