2×4650kW热媒间接加热系统是长输管道原油间接加热外输装置。它改变了以往一直采用的原油直接加热外输的输油工艺。本文主要介绍了该加热系统的组成及技术特点,进而对其进行了技术、经济分析。实际运行表明,该系统设计合理、运行安全平稳、热效率高,并将微机程控技术运用到自控系统,使该系统的技术达到了国内外先进水平,并取得了明显的经济效益。该产品获1990年石油天然气总公司的石油装配新产品优秀成果二等奖,并被国家科委定为国家级新产品。
2 × 4650kW heat medium indirect heating system is a long-distance pipeline crude oil indirect heating output device. It has changed the oil used in the past has been the direct heating of oil transportation process. This article introduces the composition and technical characteristics of the heating system, and then carried out technical and economic analysis. The actual operation shows that the system is reasonable in design, safe and stable in operation, high in thermal efficiency, and the application of microcomputer control technology to the automatic control system, the technology of the system has reached the advanced level both at home and abroad and achieved obvious economic benefits. The product won the 1990 oil and gas company’s new achievements in petroleum assembly products second prize, and by the State Science and Technology Commission as a national new product.
