不同强度电针刺激家免相当于“环跳穴”部位,用萤光法测定其脑脊液中5-羟色胺(5-HT),5-羟吲哚醋酸(5-HIAA),多巴胺(DA),去甲肾上腺素(NE)等单胺类物质含量的变化,发现强刺激组四种或份均升高,但升高幅度不同。弱刺激组及弱加强刺激组5-HT 和5-HIAA 上升而 DA 和 NE 则降低。这些变化均有统计意义。此实验结果提示三种不同方式的刺激所引起的神经过程不尽相同,均能引起脑内单胺类物质变化,说明这些物质与电纤刺激和疼痛刺激有一定的相关性,但这种相关变化的机制尚待进一步探讨。
