《上海档案》杂志自1985年创刊以来,至今年第四期出版已满100期,值此百期纪念之时,谨致以衷心的祝贺。 在党的领导下,经过几代档案工作者的共同努力,我们初步建立起有中国特色的档案事业体系,档案工作总体上已达到了世界先进水平,受到国际档案界的关注。上海的档案事业也和全国一样,由开创到发展,取得了辉煌的成就。特别是我国进入改革开放新的历史时期以后,随着党和国家各项事业发展的客观需要,档案事业迅速地发展起来。其速度之快,成就之巨大,是史无前例的。而在新时期上海档案事业不断发展的过程中,《上海档案》发挥了其独特、重要的推波助澜的作用。
Since Shanghai Archives started its publication in 1985, the fourth issue of this year has reached 100 editions. At this 100th anniversary, I would like to extend my sincerest congratulations. Under the leadership of the party, with the joint efforts of several archivists, we have initially established a file system with Chinese characteristics. Archives has generally reached the world advanced level and has drawn the attention of the international archives community. Shanghai’s file industry also has the same achievements as the entire country, from pioneering to development. Especially after China entered the new historical period of reform and opening up, with the objective needs of the development of various undertakings of the Party and the country, the archival career developed rapidly. Its speed, great achievements, is unprecedented. In the course of the continuous development of archives in Shanghai in the new era, “Shanghai Archives” has played its unique and important role in fueling the flames.
