钢在熔炼过程中,由于气体、夹杂等因素的影响,造成热压力加工时钢材的缺陷,这些缺陷大部分用肉眼和低倍放大镜是难以观察出的,必须借助于酸浸来显示。在重型机械行业中,所使用的钢材横截面积较大,有的直径超过300毫米,这样大的截面进行热酸浸试验如何来选择合适的加热设备和容器,目前在试验室还是一个重大的问题。我厂对大型锻件低倍检查时,选择了几种加热装置和容器,在生产中进行了试验,现将试验的情况介绍如下。
