当前,由于种种原因,农村剩余劳动力转移流动过程中存在一些问题,突出表现为:一是用工信息不畅,民工无序流动;二是农民工普遍文化水平较低,技能单一,且大多数没有任何技能,难以从事技术要求较高的专业工种;三是输出单位培训跟不上,特别是季节性用工,招用单位要求高,时间紧,大都是边组织边输送,连应急培训都难以保证;四是户籍转移、社会保险仍然是农村剩余劳动力流动的“瓶颈”。目前由于农民工在城市务工多少年或做出多大成绩就可以转为城市户口没有明确规定,使长期在城市从业的农民工对户籍转移处于无奈,由此带来子女入学难和就医看病难等一系列问题。
