作为隶属于服务业的广电网络运营行业,多年来以技术驱动为先导,以政府保护为资本,淡化运营管理,特别是供应链的管理。而如今三网融合打破了这种格局,广电网络运营商需要与移动、电信运营商等进行直面竞争。本文基于上述这种竞争环境背景,分析了广电网络服务供应链绩效的影响因素,通过有目的地控制这些因素以改善供应链绩效,更好地指导服务供应链的管理实践。
As a broadcasting and television network operation service subordinate to the service industry, it has been driven by technology for many years with government protection as its capital to weaken its operation and management, especially its supply chain management. Now triple play to break this pattern, radio and television network operators need to face competition with mobile operators and telecom operators. Based on the competitive environment mentioned above, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of service supply chain performance in broadcasting and television network. By controlling these factors purposefully, it can improve supply chain performance and better guide the management of service supply chain.
