本文用改良后的低分子葡聚糖化学沉淀方法,分离了101例健康成人(作为对照)和34例冠心病(CHD)患者的血清HDL亚型,并测定了ApoA-I、Ch、CE及PL等化学组份。结果表明:CHD组HDL-C、HDL_2—C、HDL·ApoA-I、HDL_3、A—I及HDL·PL、HDL_(?)·PL均明显低于对照组(P<0.01或0.05),而HDL_2的A—I及PL无明显变化;CHD组血清ApoA-I,ApoB均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);ApoA-I/Ch、PL/CE的比值两组间无明显差异。本文显示HDL亚型成分尤其是HDL_3的明显改变,是促使动脉粥样硬化发生和发展的因素。
In this paper, the serum HDL subtypes of 101 healthy adults (as control) and 34 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were isolated by modified low molecular weight dextran chemical precipitation method. ApoA-I, Ch, CE and PL and other chemical components. The results showed that the levels of HDL-C, HDL-C, HDL-ApoA-I, HDL-3, A-I and HDL-PL and HDL-? PL in CHD group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01 or 0.05) There was no significant difference in A-I and PL between HDL-2 and ApoA-I and ApoB in CHD group (P <0.01). This article shows that HDL subtypes, especially HDL_3 significant changes, is to promote the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis factors.
