目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症的治疗方法及其预防。方法：收治子宫内膜异位症患者24例,随机分为两组,A组12例行药物治疗,B组12例行手术治疗。结果：A组治疗有效率58.33%,B组91.67%,手术治疗效果明显优于单纯药物治疗。结论：对子宫内膜异位症应积极采取预防措施。
