“要抓住课堂的教学质量,必须狠抓备课环节,争取把每一节课都当作讲座一样来准备”。因为我在上大学的时候,就有这样的体会,在正常的课堂教学中,老师上课通常是照本宣科、平铺直叙,很多同学心不在焉,昏昏欲睡,一学期下来几乎没有哪几节课是全勤。而与之鲜明对比的是,在同一老师所开设的专题讲座上,却是堂堂暴满,并且学生全神贯注,精神抖擞。学生对同一老师不同课堂形式的反映情况就足以说明,老师面对不同的课堂形式备课态度也不一样。

In normal classroom teaching, teachers often take the course as their subjects and lay their sleeves straight on. Many students are absent-minded and drowsy. There are hardly any courses in a semester that are full attendants. In stark contrast, in the same lecture by the same teacher, it was fierce and full of vigor and full of vitality. Students reflect the same teacher in different classroom forms is sufficient to explain the teacher in the face of different forms of classroom preparation attitude is not the same.
