本文报道应用二维超声心动图检查横膈水平下腔静脉及腹主动脉位置关系诊断心房反位17例,心房对称位32例,同时观察高千伏胸片中支气管形态,心电图P波电轴及肝脏位置。28例高千伏胸片中支气管形态特点,除2例外均与超声诊断心房位置一致。心电图P波电轴对心房反位诊断有特异性,左房对称位中50%病例P波电轴上偏。心房对称位呈中位肝者仅占50%。超声及高千伏胸片是诊断心房位置可靠的方法。心房位置异常多伴复合心脏畸形。心房位置的诊断对心导管造影检查有指导意义,对诊断分析及预后估计也十分重要。
