信息技术的飞速发展,给农村教育带来了生机,同时也面临着更大的冲击和挑战。农村的教师由于环境条件和自身素质所限,在先进教学设施的运用和网络普及、使用等方面远不如城市老师。教师是学校的基石,没有一支优秀的教师队伍,学校的发展就面临着困难。随着信息技术教育的推进,教师的成长和发展必须基于以信息技术为背景的现代教育环境之中,恰当地运用信息技术给教师的成长提供了有利的条件。
With the rapid development of information technology, rural education has brought vitality, but also faces greater impact and challenges.
