目的 探讨术中肠道顺行灌洗在左半结肠癌急性梗阻治疗中的作用。方法 回顾性分析我院 1991～ 1999年间手术治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻 36例 ,术中均实行肠道顺行灌洗 ,一期肿瘤切除吻合率 10 0 % ,其中姑息切除者 4例。结果 治愈 34例 (94.44 % ) ,死亡 2例 (5 .5 6 % ) ,术后并发症 :吻合口漏 2例 (5 .5 6 % ) ,伤口感染 4例 (11.11% )。结论 术中肠道顺行灌洗在左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻治疗中具有操作简单、安全、易行 ,能大大提高一期肿瘤切除吻合率 ,降低术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the role of intraoperative intestinal antegrade lavage in the treatment of acute obstruction of left colon cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 cases of acute intestinal obstruction caused by surgical treatment of left colon cancer in our hospital from 1991 to 1999. Intraoperative antegrade lavage was performed. The rate of primary tumor resection and anastomosis was 100%. Among them, 4 cases were palliative resection. . Results Thirty-four cases (94.44%) were cured and 2 cases (5.56%) died. Postoperative complications included anastomotic leakage in 2 cases (5.56%) and wound infection in 4 cases (11.11%). Conclusion Intraoperative intestinal antegrade lavage is simple, safe, and easy to perform in the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction in the left colon cancer. It can greatly increase the rate of one-stage tumor resection and anastomosis and reduce the postoperative complications.
