为实现氮化硅陶瓷齿轮的电火花加工新工艺,将氮化硅齿轮的加工采取电火花线切割及电火花珩齿工艺,并研究了该工艺的规律性及其工装特点. 结果表明该工艺有效可行.
In order to realize the new EDM process of silicon nitride ceramic gear, the silicon nitride gear was machined by WEDM and electric spark honing. The regularity of the process and its tooling characteristics were also studied. The results show that the process is effective.
