目的 :研究个体化训练对孤独症的疗效。方法 :对 30例住院孤独症患儿采用个体化训练 ,内容包括社交技能、语言和言语、行为矫正、共济协调运动、精细运动和认知能力训练。每天训练 6小时 ,平均 3 5个月。结果 :2 7例有不同程度的进步。 2 7例社交能力有不同程度改善。 15例无语言能力者 ,有 13例已可讲一些单词和 /或短句。 15例无社交语言者 ,有 12例已学会某些交谈性对话。 2 7例行为有改善。ABC减分率为 37 14 %。出院后 2~ 32个月进行追踪 ,2 7例仍继续有进步。其中 5例已上小学。结论 :个体训练对孤独症为一有效的训练方法
Objective: To study the effect of individual training on autism.
