四川攀枝花—西昌地区拥有96.6亿t储量的钒钛磁铁矿,是世界闻名的复合共生矿,其中钛资源约占中国储量的90%,世界储量的40%,其综合利用意义重大。本文分析了攀枝花—西昌地区钛资源综合利用技术现状和发展趋势。从资源条件和特点出发,着眼于综合回收利用钛资源,提出了钒钛磁铁矿综合利用新工艺—转底炉法制备高钛渣技术、快速流化床氯化制备四氯化钛技术及纳米二氧化钛的制备技术并探讨了其可行性及存在问题。
Sichuan Panzhihua - Xichang area has 9.66 billion tons of reserves of vanadium-titanium magnetite, is the world famous complex symbiotic ore, which accounts for about 90% of China’s reserves of titanium reserves, the world’s reserves of 40%, its comprehensive utilization of great significance.
