贫血作为一种症状或综合征在临床甚多见。缺铁性贫血占贫血之首位,约占贫血总发病率的50%。现将我院1980～1982年间15例资料较为完整的缺铁性贫血分析如下。一、一般资料(一)性别:男性8例,女性7例。(二)年龄:18～20岁5例,21～30岁7例,31～40岁2例,41～50岁1例,其中18～40岁14例,占93%。(三)职业:军人8例,工人5例,农民1例,家属1例。(四)症状和体征:15例均有头昏、乏 Anemia as a symptom or syndrome is clinically common.
