医院管理体系中通常是由八个部分所组成,包括:组织管理、医疗管理、技术管理、质量管理、设备管理、物资管理、经济财务管理、信息管理等。本文仅就医院如何实行质量管理方面谈点不成熟的意见。医院质量管理的概念和任务一、质量管理的概念什么叫作质量?所谓质量就是指一种产品或一项服务工作的优劣程度而言。每一种产品均有自己质量的特性,即产品的外观形态和内在性能。医院是非生产单位,不直接制造有形产品,主要是依靠防病治病工作,“修复”劳动力,故其质量优劣是通过防病治病效果表现的。
